2. Review and Analyze the project presentation
- Review its house specification, features and amenities. Analyze its computation sheet and payment option. Set a tripping schedule HERE!

3. Do a site tripping or viewing
- Coordinate with your Real Estate Salesperson when will be the best time to see the unit/project.

4. Purchase the unit
- During the site tripping/viewing you have the option the reserve the unit.
Reservation fee, Proof of Income, and 2 Valid Id's are the initial documents needed.

5. Documentation process
- All the documents needed for your Inhouse housing loan application will be submitted 30 days after the reservation period. Otherwise your account will be cancelled.
